It was only a matter of time before another developer attempted to take a pass at developing the corner lots on Caroline Lane, but my hope was this time around the involved parties would be different. They are purposing a new development of 29 homes just in that corner lot. Have they prepared a comprehensive safety offering for the benefit of the residents present and future? We are going to find out soon enough as they've purposed a meeting.

"It is my opinion that this community should've never been allowed to be built with only 1 right of way - In & Out. God Forbid, if something major ever happens we are cornered." We need to address the current issues before any development goes forth. The area is already congested now, especially at certain times of the day. We need proper infrastructure that facilitates and promotes a safer community. That isn’t asking a lot – this involves our homes and our families. I believe the minimum that must be agreed to by the builder & city prior to any development should be:
- A 2nd entrance & exit – active access point (Common Sense)
- Sidewalks along Caroline for Pedestrian safety (It's a tragedy waiting to happen)
- A traffic signal at the corner of Priest & Caroline (Movement control & relief)
